How can you relax at the spa if you’re worried about your car getting towed?! I just don’t understand the lack of professionalism. Does not give me confidence in them at all! I highly suggest choosing another salon!

Hi Mechelle! We think we have a better understanding which situation you are referring to now. On Tuesday evening we had several cars parked in our privately owned lot that we confirmed did not belong to any of our guests. This has become a recent problem with the opening of the new restaurant next door and providing adequate parking to our guests is important as well as part of our commitment to their overall experience.
