I had a 5:15 appointment, at 5:30 I simply asked if I would be getting in soon. At 5:40 they sat me in a chair, put a cape on and by 5:45 I still had not seen my stylist. I understand running behind but communication with guests is key. I ended up leaving as my time was not respected.
RecommendedAmy was amazing! Definitely one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten! She was very friendly, listened to what I wanted, and did exactly what I had envisioned. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out ☺
Brittany did a wonderful job on my hair! came in with a wild mane that needed to be tamed. she did just that! so pleased!! Will be making more appointments with her!
Hands down the best salon experience I have ever had. I went in with very grown out dyed red hair, and came out with this gorgeous dark blue and an amazing cut. Loren did a wonderful job, and made sure to communicate with me throughout the process so I knew what was going on. He did an amazing job on figuring out what I wanted even when I wasn't sure myself. I don't think I could go anywhere else now!
Emily is the best stylist I have ever, EVER, had in my life. She is so talented!

Sue Kolves did a fabulous job for our wedding! We had 12 people receiving services and they were nothing short of amazing when accommodating our large group. Usually with that many women, someone always leaves the salon unhappy with something - this was not the case at all at Sue Kolves. Cathy was super organized and communicated with me often before the big day. Taylor did my air-brush make-up and Emily did my hair.
