Annette is an incredible BCBA and Clinical Director who truly cares about the kids and families she works with. One thing that really stands out about her is how intentional she is with every child’s progress. She doesn’t just go through the motions, she actually pays attention to what works for each child and adjusts things so they can succeed. Success on the Spectrum-Desoto has been nothing but good to our family. Our son has thrived here, and every employee shows great love and care towards him. The staff and facilities are amazing. If and when they notice that a staff member is not a good fit, they let them go and bring in quality, passionate, and caring staff that places the kids as a priority. Really impressed with this clinic and the care they put into what they do. The team is professional, supportive, and clearly committed to the families they serve. Annette is awesome.
