Wow! I am absolutely blown away by how kind and friendly the night staff at this particular subway are. As I came in, the girl working (I think her name was Olivia) was attentive and made conversation with me while quickly making my order and seemed happy despite the late hour. I haven’t really received this kind or service late into the night at other subways and I will be making this one my Go-To!
This is my favourite subway because the staff are great and make excellent food! I came in last night and as usual the night staff were cheery and polite but also efficient. I often see the same few girls working and when I do, I know my food will be made properly!! See how dumb your night staff is. I went to Subway to pick up my order. It was already prepared and just needed a sticker placed on it. The staff member was literally about to do it—but as soon as a walk-in customer entered, she left my order and rushed to serve them instead. I was left standing there for 10 full minutes, while the customer who had just walked in was served immediately. Why?
