Really disappointed in this location. I went at lunch time when there were at least five staff working the line. Things were so disorganized and sandwiches that went into the toaster kept getting mixed up with ones that hadn't. Only one staff member seemed to know what was actually going on. The person that added my toppings was SO skimpy with them. Four pieces of spinach, three pieces of green pepper. The lettuce was terrible looking, and when asked if they had any fresh lettuce, they said no. Tables were dirty aswell
I ordered from the mobile app and they completely messed up my order when contacted they said they can’t do anything and that they will give me call with the manger to get a refund. Never got a call back after eating I got immense food poisoning that hindered me and didn’t allow me to go work. Never coming back worse service ever.
Worst subway on earth! They got rid of the grilled chicken breast and brought in this shredded garbage rotisserie chicken that looks and tastes like cat food. It was "toasted" (burnt on one side and cold in the other), the tomatoes were so mushy they could have been sauce and despite asking for salt and pepper there wasn't a hint of it. The sub itself looked like it was the victim of a strangling it was all squashed and uneven. I'd rather go hungry than ever go there again.
