We placed an online order and clearly left a note asking for extra sauce. On top of that, we selected “more sauce” for every single sauce option available. Despite all of this, both of our sandwiches came with almost no sauce — literally just a few drops. It was basically a dry veggie sandwich and extremely hard to swallow. I just order my 2 foot longs veggie patty just one hour ago. I picked up my order within 12 minutes of ordering and i asked for bread toasted and it was not toasted and my sandwich was totally cold. Breads were totally staled. It was so hard to chew. I ordered 4-5sauces in it but there was no sauce at all. I think they gave me old ones. Very very bad experience and poor customer service. Excellent service and quality. I was really impressed with the staff, specifically Robyn and Jen, who went above and beyond to provide great service with a smile. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the food was spot on. I’ll definitely be back!
