This is the first time I've gotten subway in years and its shocking how it has declined. The menu is now mostly what appears to be attempts at fancy subs but in reality doesnt benefit the customer. Im asked what cheese and sauce anyways and end up customizing it so what's the point of this marketing? Plus no basics anymore other than ham? Just annoying. Disappointed with the service. Staff today seemed visibly irritated when I made a simple request and not even a busy hour. Made me uncomfortable.
Amazing staff, very clean and caring environment. We spend 4.5 month in the hospital and they always remember my order and staff feel like a family to me. Always greeting with smile and amazing human being. I don't have enough word to express how amazing they are. I will always go to shop there because of the staff, manager, the environment and quality of food.
