Don’t recommend ordering catering online. We placed a catering order online around 8:30am. Our order went to the manager not the store, and the store was not informed of the order until we showed up, resulting in an hour delayed lunch and missed toppings. Call for catering!

I ordered a sub and asked for mayo. The server put ranch ( I can’t eat ranch, garlic allergy) i went outside and my friend tasted it, it was ranch not mayo. Went back in and the server said I asked for ranch and she would pull the security camera to check She also asked if I thought she couldn’t hear, because I had clearly asked first ranch. I ordered Subway through DoorDash and the restaurant substituted the bread without contacting me for approval. They didn't even tell the Dasher when they went in before they made the sandwich to contact me about the substitute. I specifically ordered White Italian and received Italian Herbs & Cheese instead. I would not have agreed to the substitution.
