How is it that a restaurant can selectively choose when to open and close their bathrooms for paying customers. Depending on the time of day the staff will decide that the bathroom is "out of service." Message to the franchise owner, it is illegal for a restaurant to not provide access to a bathroom. your bathroom must be in conpliance and be in good working order. I will be reporting this to the city so you better fix this issue.
update - Oct 2025** absolutely trash. red flag should’ve been the downgraded pop machine. both subs barely had fillings. tuna was so flat i didn’t even see it on the sandwhich when he asked me to choose the toppings. when i asked why it looks empty, he said they already put 2 scoops of tuna … also i got two cookies & they didn’t even put them in a bag. they threw the cookies in the sub bag with the same napkins he used to pick them up. so ghetto.go to subway at VP & St Clair instead - this location went down hill -love this ... read more
The boy who working in night shift at 9 pm treat me like that he is the boss and give me free food .may be he didn't like my face .i am just ordering in between he told me to do payment .or when he is preparing my sandwich i told him to add souce he told me already packed .i still confused what was this too bad experience . he shows me like that he is forcibly working.
