Terrible experience today, June 13, 2026, at the Subway located in Dufferin Mall around 4:21 p.m. I purchased only a turkey and cheese sandwich. After completing my payment, the employee insisted that I had not paid and would not allow me to take my sandwich because, according to him, the transaction was not mine. I repeatedly showed him the payment confirmation on my phone, which clearly displayed the amount charged and the exact time of the transaction.
