I tried to order food here around 1:45PM on a weekday without success. There was no one in line and no one visible working behind the counter when I arrived. I waited for a few minutes at the counter before an employee acknowledged that I was waiting. I was told to wait one more minute without any further explanation. I waited 2 more minutes and then I left before anyone took my order. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service.
I stopped by around 10am for a breakfast sub. I should have known better and walked out as soon as the lady said that she only had white and whole wheat bread, as the other breads weren’t ready yet. If you hear these words being said, just know that you’re about to be served day-old bread. The bread was super stale and tough to bite into. The lady was nice enough, and the place still looks clean from the recent renovations. I’m going to give them an opportunity for redemption, and go back closer to lunch. Tiny tiny salad bowl for $14. This is Salad bowl and you can’t offered to give a little bit more lettuce? No wonder less people are lining up here.
I feel I wasted $7 on a 6" sub as the bread was stale.
