Service is always disgustingly bad and so is the quality of the food. I went to this location twice and both times washroom is out of order even for the customers who buys the sandwich!! Please fix issue before you want to fix the sales. You might want to teach polite customer service to your employees.
Never going to that place again, very rude worker's supervisor.
Some of the staff here are poorly trained in every aspect, from customer service to food prep. They clearly hate their job and don’t mind showing it. Bread options and toppings are often incomplete / out of stock. The amount of toppings they put inside is the bare minimum, with a drizzle of sauce and they make you pay an extra $1.50 for guac, even if getting a veggie sub! 🤯 Convenient location, but sadly won’t be returning here anytime soon. The worst subway, the woman working does not have manners and they intentionally close the restroom . Whenever I visit the restroom is always closed. I am complaining to subway and the city. Every restaurant should have a functional restroom
