They close at 4 according to their website. Showed up at 3:45 on 07/01/26 to see the food completely cleared out. Eventually a lady came out and I asked where the food was and she showed me her phone showing 3:45 and said “we close at 4 so…” and then walked away without letting me order. If you close at 4, I should be able to order before 4! Seems like staff are lazy and can’t wait to get out of there… won’t be back, have contacted corporate customer service.
The food was amazing. Ordered online during lunch hour and they had prepared it on time while they were still a little busy. The employees were generous with the toppings. Would highly recommend.
I ordered a ham and cheese combo. The cheese bun and chocolate chip cookies were quite hard and tasted a bit stale.
They charge tax on gift cards, which means they are likely stealing from customers since this tax doesn’t need to be charged or remitted. If you go in the morning there’s no one there.
