I had a generally positive experience at 127 Young Street Subway. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, I did notice one downside during my visit. An elderly lady was behaving quite badly with the staff; she was shouting and being disrespectful toward the employees. This behavior was unpleasant and affected the overall atmosphere of the place. It was not good atall.Despite this, I still enjoyed the food and would consider visiting again.
The lady server was not at all interested in taking order and just smashed everything in my sandwich. She wasn’t polite at all and no basic communication skills with customers. Needs better staff. Second time experiencing this.
