The girl at the counter didn't heat up my chicken. I asked about this and she heat up my order again on a microwave. She was in the middle of preparing another order and took my order and microvaved it. My order was then stuck to the paper. Some of the chicken and cheese were stuck to the paper and I couldn't eat them. The chicken wasn't fully inside the bread so it was all over the place
I should’ve checked the reviews before ordering from here. Their food quality was poor, and customer service was ineffective in resolving my issue. I hope nobody has to end up going to this location. Special shoutout to customer service rep Harshil who does not seem to be properly trained for this role. Subway do better.
Horrible service
Worst food and service I have ever received. Just close the damn shop.
RUDE staff. Visit date: April 5th, 2025. Time: Morning 11am. Not coming again to see hear his arrogant tone and spoil my breakfast.
