Terrible Subway location with rude employee. I ordered a steak and cheese and my footlong had about the same amount of meat a 6'' sub would elsewhere. I also paid for extra cheese and not only did the lady put the wrong type of cheese it was only on half of the sub! She did not offer to fix or remake it, just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry nothing I can do. Avoid this location and go somewhere else. Waste of money!
I went yesterday lunchtime for a footlong veggie pattie combo on Eglinton west just slightly west off Bathurst. There were 2 middle eastern girls working there and between the two of them my order was messed up. I didnt have all the salad in my sandwich and to my annoyance they forgot my patties. I had to go back for my patties but then they told me I ordered just a sub without the patties. Before placing my order, I wanted to use the restroom, but they said it was out of service. This is a place where I eat a sandwich at least three times a week. Where did you find these two guys? When I walked in, one of them was literally sleeping at the table, and the other was just sitting inside. They clearly looked disturbed when I entered
This is the worst place I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible, and they treat you like you’re homeless. The older man was extremely rude — he told me only four sauces were allowed, and his expression was angry and unpleasant when I added multiple ingredients. Please don’t ever buy from this place. The food was also horrible. Worst customer service and completely unprofessional behavior.
