Washrooms are always out of order. The Point of Sale terminal requires a 15%, 20%, or 25% 'tip' when paying (I clicked "custom" and put $0, they're supposed to be paid minimum wage, and they're not bringing food.). Also, the napkins here are so thin, you can see through them. My friend PAID in the app for double cheese and meat, and the first person who was making their sub, wouldn't give him double meat. Where do I even start with the problems with this location. 1) The sandwich was ordered with double cheese and double meat. I was watching and they did single... Not a problem, it can happen by accident... But when I pointed it out, I was argued with that it was correct. They kept insisting it was right, but I stood my ground and finally one of them said something to the other and she angrily put the correct amount. 2) Similar issues with the toppings... Nice and quiet, good service. The tims across the street is crazy busy around noon, it was nice going here and getting to eat in peace. The app wasnt working when I tried to redeem a deal pasted on their window, which was annoying but not the fault of the particular location.
Please stop skimping on fountain pop syrup. Never tastes like anything.
