Service was good from the employees other than the fact that they didn’t ask about my points to be scanned so I had to wait for them to refund it and then do the whole process over again. Not the employees fault but they have a policy where you pay for a bag if you order in the restaurant. If you buy you order online and pay the exact same amount, you’ll get the bag to carry your food in for free. Went in to get food and had to use restroom, the lady was about to start mopping and told me no I couldn’t use restroom and I had to wait 20 minutes. Will never come back, rudest person I’ve ever met in my life
Poor customer service. Refused to give a refund or any compensation when it was their error! The attitude towards all the customers was uncalled for, it does not matter if you’re having a bad day you should not reflect that into your job. I have been struggling alone with my mental health and I had this coupon I wanted to use before it expires, a reason to get me out of the house it was a nice day why not eat it at the beach?
