I ordered off the app last night I didn't receive my order (and it was $50) I've been trying to get help from subway and doordash cuz they use their drivers I think but no help, no refund...no 1 is trying to make it right....and this is not the 1st time I've had issues I'm gonna stop going to subway
This place just keeps getting worse and worse, making some of the saddest subs out there Some staff seem like they are trying to create the worst possible sub they can. It's almost funny at times it's so bad. It's food, but that's about it
Bought two sandwiches around 7:45 pm. She wasn’t polite at the counter at all. Owners obviously taught her give an old bread which one of my sandwiches was. Barely any veggies left and she brings back little by little from back fridge. Also no washing hands In between after many interactions with food, back fridge and next customers. The owners purposely teach these poor workers the wrong way. So they can profit more pennies. I hardly got any veggies on my sandwiches.
We literally found fruit flies in our fountain drink and when we showed the man working there he didn’t apologize. Then when we asked if we could just take a bottle drink, he wanted to charge us and then we stated, again, that there were literal bugs in our drink and we didn’t want to pay the extra $1 for the bottle drink, he said “ok next time!”. Literally insanely horrible service…
