Big shoutout to Jack. Called at 12:55 am (subway was scheduled to close at 1 am) & he took a large order down for me which I needed to pick up in the morning. I was skeptical that anyone would answer the phone (based on my experience at other subway franchises) but Jack went above and beyond. He took my order down calmly, kept a very professional tone & helped me process the order just in time - he did not rush me even though it was the end of his shift. HORRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. the manager is super rude and customer service is horrible horrible i will never step foot here ever again after my experience. Also do not bother ordering through the app he will deny that you made an order even though you have a receipt.
Best Subway in Toronto! Everything is very tasty and fresh, staff are very friendly as well, God bless you all.
