They lost my mobile order. Workers confirmed it was the right location and everything. They still charged me but I still didnt get my order. Workers are rude and dismissive. "Well we dont have it" is not an appropriate response.

Very miserable night worker. ZERO customer service. No hello. No thank you. Upon arrival, staff just made a gesture with his head to signal that he was ready to take my order….EarPod in his ears listening to music….very poor service for subway…
