Mohamad was good really good employee he helped us and the food was so good
It was a very long day for me doing my 12 hour shift on a Saturday afternoon.. it was around 4 pm and since I didn’t have my lunch I decided to try their 2 build your own foot long subs.. I ordered it through their app and picked it up. Came back, had my first bite and to my surprise I was blown away. Went for dine in around 5 pm, as we sat down, we found two cockroaches. We killed the one spoke to the worker she said to" throw it on the ground, will sweep it up later" we were told the manager was called but they never showed up and was not offered a refund, gift card or anything to compensate. The address on the receipt (24 Richmond E) and the address on the inspection (20 Richmond E) does not match. See pics
The staff at this Subway are amazing! They serve generous portions with great care. The prices are good at this location. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious meals 👍
