I placed an online order for two steak and cheese subs and specifically requested gravy as the sauce. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were waiting behind another gentleman when the employee handed him our sandwiches. I come here all the time. I sometimes ask to put the two halfs of the sub into two different wraps. I asked and this lady said we don't do that. I've gotten it done so many times before. When I told her this, she got rude and said "are you paying for two different wraps. These use two different papers". And it was in a very rude tone. She kept going saying other customers ask this too and ignored that I've had it done before. What a weird experience and person. I visited Subway this Sunday and had a really great experience. The girl who served me was very professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. She was patient while taking my order and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki sub, and it was absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
