I recently ordered a flatbread sub from the Subway at Lawrence and Keele through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, it arrived with just one layer of meat and one layer of cheese—no vegetables at all. Easily the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever received. I understand that this might be due to the online ordering process, but honestly, online orders should be treated with the same care and attention as in-store customers. Good service
Ordered flat bread sub which I’ve ordered several times from subway location Lawrence and Keele. This sandwich was dressed with 1 layer of meat and 1 layer of cheese no vegetables, the worce sandwich from subway I have ever received…..! I believe it due to ordering on Uber. If I’m store this wouldn’t have happened they could never make a sandwich for a customer in store. But you should make your sandwiches for customers as if they were in store.
