Messed up my entire mobile order for pickup. Not a single thing was right.
So I hate to say it when we walked in the place looked clean and welcoming and the staff member who was working seemed friendly enough but when making my sub he put it in the panini press and burned the crap out of it like to the point where the sub and paper was black and burned the paper into the sub and then when another customer intervened and told him that wasn't safe to serve anymore he then became a bit rude but reluctantly made me a new one the toppings were all slimy though wish I could have been able to tell before... read more
