Terrible staff on the night shift of Nov 4, 2025. I come here at least once a week, but this time was very disappointing. I ordered a sandwich and potato rings — the potato rings were still frozen. It also took him 17 minutes to make just three sandwiches. He didn’t ask if I was dining in or taking out, just left my food at the front without even providing a bag.
Horrible customer service , due to a mistake with the app my order got placed for a different date, when I tried to order talk with the workers over the phone to solve my issue they just hung up on me. I went in person and the guy just kept telling me that it’s impossible and that I made a mistake and proceeded to hand me the sandwich that’s been sitting since 9am.
Ordered a 6 inch meatball sub thru Uber. Only had 2 meatballs in the sandwich. So I basically ate bread with sauces and lettuce. And it’s not even the first time. This location used to be my go to but lately, they are horrible and lazy. I started ordering from the st Clair location not sure why I gave this dufferin location a chance last night
If there is any subway in Toronto this is the first one I would come to. The place is very clean staff are friendly and the owner is also very nice. I asked for something that was discontinued as a courtesy they still made it for me. That’s called customer service thus is my only place for lunch. I’m also going to get them for catering too amazing service thank you
Subway gave me the wrong order and when I emailed then no one contacted me back.
