Awful customer service! After I ate my food that I ordered for me and for my wife, I ask the server if I can use the washroom but they refuse. She's saying it's out of service! How come? My wife just use the washroom and also There's 2 washroom and you cannot provide even 1 washroom to your customers? I decided to go to the Burger King just to use washroom. I'm not coming back to this location. That lady server sucks!!! THANKS BURGER KING FOR LETTING CUTOMERS TO USE WASHROOM. SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY!!!
Literally showed up at 11:30pm and watched the staff lock the door. Extremely inconsiderate. If you advertise that you’re open until midnight then you stay open until midnight. Thanks for wasting my time. I will not be returning to this location.
I am writing to share an incident that occurred at this location on 18 August 2025 at approximately 6:15 PM. I came in to order a Sub of the Day. When I asked for it, the individual who identified himself as the owner stated that the Sub of the Day is not offered at this location. I then asked about the available bread options, and the individual began speaking to me in a rude and argumentative manner.
