Horrible service and quality of food. This location is one of the worst. They gave me the wrong order, I’m literally allergic to tomatoes and they added tomatoes. Could have been sent to the hospital if I didn’t catch it. And they have roaches.
A subway in Toronto hot summer without Air conditioning. Crazy times we live in. 200-400k businesses. Imagine being an employee here arriving to Canada and working in the heat. This is our Canada

They do not follow your instructions on online orders. The subs are always not toasted and they put whatever sauce and toppings they want.
After almost 12 yrs of visiting this location I’m officially done. I placed an order on Sunday July 20th at 2:06 pm through the app my bread of choice was herbs & cheese toasted. The lady made my sandwich on plain bread without my consent i was like whatever, when i got home after my first bite i noticed the sandwich wasn’t toasted.
