Believe the reviews and go anywhere else in the area. I always have issues here from their lack of customer service to them not accepting their own coupons. Today, June 2nd 8:40pm I stopped by on my lunch break and after waiting my turn and 14 minutes in line, I’m now next. The lady says they only have whole wheat bread left and they close in an hour… Would have been nice to know before I wasted half my break waiting in line.

Franchise like Subway, food standard and quality must be qualitied. I was trying to use Flipp digital coupon to purchase. I asked the employee if I could use it, she responded if I have paper coupon and I don't. She did not confirm if I could use it or not, instead just responded me sometimes digital coupon won't work. I remembered 2 weeks same store the manager confirmed and it worked. I felt working in customer service, at least it need to be tried first, if not working then that would be my issue. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. The team member, Janvi, was very rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When we asked a question, she responded disrespectfully by saying, “This is not McDonald’s,” which was unnecessary and impolite. We are fully aware it’s not McDonald’s, and customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location.

I visited this location around 9 PM, and despite the staff not actively working on the large footlong orders they mentioned, they still refused my order or offered only a very limited selection of ingredients. The same employee was also rude and argumentative over simple requests like extra lettuce or sauce, and even complained about the inconvenience of serving customers. I understand busy periods happen, but this location seriously needs better stock planning and customer service training.
