Wanted to add crispy onions on my online order , the guy in store said it’s extra charge , I agreed to pay however they charged me for chips instead , nowhere it says crispy onion add on , totally inappropriate and non professional.
When I went to this place a few days a go the person who was doing my order (can't remember their name) was extremely nice to me and I could somewhat take my time with things though I did feel a bit pressured so that's why it isn't a 5 and is a 4 as they were rushing me a bit. (might be my delusion, not sure but to me I felt pressured to hurry up.)
Stopped by for a quick sub to go. The gentleman who served me was friendly and quick to make my sandwich. The location is conveniently located in the Skymark Shopping Plaza.
Rude employee! I can’t believe this is how Subway trains their staff. This Sunday afternoon at around 2pm, I called to cancel my order immediately after placing it. A male employee answered my call. I explained my situation and asked if he could help cancel the order. He said he would check for me.
