The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Even though it was close to closing time they prepared my order with a smile. My sandwich was fresh, the veggies crisp and the bread perfectly toasted. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
Entered the store last Tuesday and the employee was counting what seemed like an endless number of coins. At no point did he acknowledge out presence (we were the only people in the restaurant). Finally, after waiting patiently, he decided to begin to serve us. Only problem, the nasty dude did not wash his hands. He slipped his nasty hands into used plastic gloves. There is only one person working in this location. It takes forever to prepare your order. It took them 40 minutes to prepare a sub!
