today at 4am i ordered a steak and cheese wrap there was no meat only veggie in my wrap i couldn’t get refund from doordash i called you guys for help nothing im now starving great
This time when I ordered a chicken bowl at Subway, where I always eat chicken bowls, they gave me much less than before and when I asked why so much, their answer did not change anything. I never accept this attitude.
Zero Customer Service.. Have to repeat the order 3 times as the girl working busy in talking with someone on phone wearing airpods the whole time.. better work on your customer service
I had to write a review about this particular location because I thought Adam was exceptional in his service. I had just gone to the Peanut Plaza location and did not have a good experience so I just walked out. Needing to get two subs for my kids, I went down to this location because it was close by. When I got there, Adam was serving another couple and was very polite and quite accommodating. This carried over to me and we had a short but good conversation while he made the two sandwiches.
