About 6 months ago, I ordered 2 subs for delivery that were virtually identical and one tasted as if an entire salt shaker had been dumped on it, rendering it completely inedible. I filled out an online complaint form and the owner, Mitu Patel, responded with a pre-filled out form and apologized for the poor service I experienced from his staff when I was in the restaurant.
