The staff and service was ok, but the food is horrible! The lettuce is brown and soggy, and the spinach is soggy as well, the cucumbers looked like they have been sitting there for days, gross. Also when I wanted a reciept the employee said the machine was broken so he had to write one out...like seriously fix this place...public health will be called.
It's a bummer that they don't honour the prices on the coupons that get mailed out (though they do give a lesser discount). Most of my complaints are about Subway corporate, which has gotten drastically worse the last few years, and not this specific location. If considering this, strongly recommend you go down the street to Mr Sub instead. It's cheaper, the portions are better, the food is better quality, it's a Canadian owned company, and the store is less dank and dark. Plus the new subway menu is unnecessarily confusing.
Good, fresh ingredients and reliable products. Tasty and expanding menu for all tastes.
