This Subway on Bloor has a lot going for it. The store itself looks very modern, clean, and fresh, with nice aesthetics that make a good first impression. It’s definitely one of the better-looking Subway locations I’ve been to. The staff are also very nice and helpful — they greet you warmly, take time to answer questions, and make sure your order is prepared quickly. They send you coupons in the mail only to deny you them at this location.. false advertising at its finest. Never going back!
i’ve been too many subways, but this one have the worst customer service and worst atmosphere to be in. Restaurants are supposed to have a good and positive vibes and warm environment to dine in, but this one had gave me the worst experience. The way these people try to cut cost on the portions they serve on their subways and salads is very questionable, even though if you specified and paid extra for extra portions, still you get less than what other subways offer in their regular portion.
