Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up. When we got home we very disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches. We had ordered these sandwiches from other locations before and were very content and satisfied with the quality and fullness of the meal. So we know what we are talking about when we say that this order at this location was very miserable in comparison. After driving to the restaurant they say you have to cancel the order. That's your job so you don't waste courier time
I think there’s a new guy. brother, I respect you as you are new and still learning but you should know its not your loss if you don’t provide the customer satisfaction and your food is not matching standards. Nobody is gonna pay for it. Dont take it personal deal as a service representative and customer. Have a great day !
Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Hung up on me multiple times. Never going back.
I only give this location one star as I have been there a few times to order the new special sandwiches only to be told they don't have it. So disappointing. Otherwise the staff are friendly and the sandwich I end up with is good.
