I’ve been a regular customer here for the past two years and have always had a decent experience, but today was really disappointing.I ordered two footlong subs and politely asked the staff member (a girl wearing glasses) if she could warm my sub a bit more, as that’s how I prefer it. My boss and I visited this Subway from last two years, I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member girl weared glasses who served me was inattentive and didn’t follow my order correctly, even after I explained it clearly. The overall service felt unprofessional and frustrating. And completly freezed footlong she gave me. I felt completly disappointed, I will never comeback this location,

Feeling so bad after seeing that the employees don't even change the gloves after touching meat and with same gloves they are tpuching veggies as well . I don't think its a good thing in food chain . Management should take some action about this issue .
