Everything good. Awesome food
Went to Subway for the coupon deals, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The Subway app was down, and when I showed the manager, he refused to honour the deal. Instead, he took my phone and started fiddling with the app himself, which I found very unusual and unprofessional. I ordered my meal anyway, and the food quality and service were shocking. 2nd time I’ve gone here and felt the need to review. 1st time was told my sandwich HAD to be toasted. No. She toasted anyways. 2nd time, I had to tell the staff they were supposed to warm up the chicken. Both times, staff is talking on their phone in an AirPod. When did this become acceptable to be talking on the phone while serving customers? Really poor service and mediocre slapped together sandwich.
