I was in the store at 11:20pm waiting for my turn. As soon as I reached the girl working there she said sorry we are closed. Girl why did you make me wait and why did you take order from people who were in the queue before me. Too bad service.

I had an extremely disturbing experience. A staff member spoke to me in an abusive and disrespectful manner, which is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. Their behavior was aggressive and made me feel unsafe. No customer should be treated this way. I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately and ensure proper training and accountability for their employees. Until serious changes are made, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Worst Subway experience, ever. Service by the female staff at the counter today was extremely poor. I get it, it’s 8 in the am, but customers don’t owe you a living. You don’t have to be friendly, but basic courtesy and customer service would be nice. Asked her whether she did my order right (because honestly the sandwich looked far from the picture). She was ready to fight me by lifting all the ingredients in the sandwich up to show me that the order was correct.
