Worst Subway outlet we’ve experienced in the city. We visited during a non-busy period with no other customers, yet the service was shockingly poor. The staff were unable to communicate properly in English, resulting in wrong orders and confusion. When we tried to clarify, they were dismissive and claimed they were just following what we ordered but they clearly had no proper system to organise or confirm what had been made. If I can give zero star, I would. The young lady working at subway spencer today at 10 am shift has to be the rudest service staff I have ever come across. My first order she acted like I owed her a living. I attributed it to Monday blues though still very unacceptable. My 2nd order - i Ordered a kids pak which my whole family heard and she told me that i didn’t order a kids pak at all. Gave up arguing with her. Unacceptable. Very rubbish services, literally the girl was very rude and her services were very bad, idk if they’re don’t wanna serve food or don’t wanna work why they are working. She spoiled my mood as hell.
The young indian girl needs to calm down. She behaves like she hates customers. She really needs to calm down or someone is going to give her back soon. Never going to visit this store again.
