Do I have to give it any stars? Absolutely pathetic and gross! Don’t visit even if you’re starving, your money is better spent elsewhere. There’s a Woolies near by, get a sandwich from there!
I recently visited this Subway outlet and was extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Miss Harshada. From the beginning, her attitude was unwelcoming and impolite. She displayed irritation throughout the interaction and seemed hesitant to listening to our preferences. We had subway and we always have it as we stay close to this particular outlet.. Miss *Harshada*who has attended us denied to give us more than 3 sauces saying subway doesnt allow later asking her as we heard something like this for the first time she said if you take extra sauce it will fall down But how does it matter if a customer wishes to have She raised her voice twice on my friend and she argued later accepting that she mislead us .. did not apologise.. this has happened today at 9.00 pm that’s really sad very patheti... read more
Worst customer service ever! Felt like the lady was in rush and didn’t wanna prepare my order at all. Definitely not going back again!
