The employee working today tried to tell me what I’m having on my sub, when isn’t the point of subway that you decide, he ignored my requests telling me I was wrong
Walked into this Subway and honestly, it was hotter inside than it was outside. The place felt stuffy and uncomfortable, and sitting down for a feed was no good at all. Not what you’d expect when there’s an aircon sitting there doing nothing. Management really needs to sort this out — no point having a store if customers can’t even enjoy their meal inside.
I have just ordered a wrap here and it was not properly wrapped....totally messed...talking about the staff ...is very disrespectful and rude ....make faces behind the customer and felt that customers cannot understand....i will never come to this subway on bourke street...totally unsatisfied.....don't deserve any single star.
