They don't accept coupons here. The staff were very disturbing when you asked to use coupons.
Went in and got two six inches of the same sub, asked if I could just pay for a foot long and they said no we have to charge you for two six inch. I'm confused why the owner thinks it's appropriate to scam and steal from customers. The sub was the exact meat and bread, just cut in two but wanted to charge for two sandwiches. This is actually illegal. Absolutely terrible reflection of the subway company
Terrible quality and service. The subs were extremely dry and completely tasteless, and they even forgot to add the sauce!! I emailed customer support twice but was ignored and never received a proper response. This was definitely my last purchase and I'll tell others about this experience for sure
I work in the mall and came here on my lunch as I usually do & I must say I always have a great experience but today thanvi whom assisted me was extremely passive aggressive cutting my bun & angrily putting a smaller portion then I usually get and when asked for more telling her she said this how much we usually put and ignored me and was about to put it in the oven I said I would like can I have more you could see through it her attitude was completely unacceptable as someone who works in customer service aswell
Just another SW putting on less than the required amount of protein. Saving a few bucks.
