I ordered a steak and cheese grinder and it barely had anything on it. Normally I don't go to Subway because this is a problem but all of the amazing sandwich shops in town were closed. Subway is historically light handed with their meat and toppings but this was on another level tonight. Such a waste of money.
They rarely have anything in stock, whether it be chips, veggies or even steak nowadays. The quality isn’t that great either. Honestly, you’re better off going to the subway on the other side of town.
The customer service used to be great before the new employees. I just went through the drive through and it took more than 15 min I had to go to the window and she was just sitting there on her phone. And I asked if the microphone was on and she said yes so why did it take that long?
I ordered a veggie delight (no meat, usually gets 2x cheese). I received only half my sandwich with any cheese so 1/4 what I should have. Very few toppings options (no olives or cucumbers) and spinach was wilting. I’ve been to other Subways and received far better sandwiches. This was so disappointing.
