Terrible service , I placed online order and crispy onion was clearly out of stock on their app but they had it in store , I asked the guy working there to add it as I could not on my app he said oh it’s extra 0.50 cents very rudely , I told him there is no charge on app , and then I asked oh maybe sub crunch then he said that’s extra charge as well I again mentioned there was no charge if it was showing available on app , he said I know we don’t work like that in person I never had this experience in subway like this so rud... read more

I ordered a sub and requested a toasted and grill on my online order. I don't know what part of it they dont understand. This is the second time that has happened. Worst service ever. If you can't serve what people want, then please don't be in service.
