There was ONE person working alone. This woman ran this relatively busy Subway on her own, and ran it well indeed. She was very attentive and communicative with customers, despite there being ovens and other things going off that needed her immediate attention, etc. She was just incredible, and far more efficient and polite/considerate of an experience than any other subway I have been to recently, and those all being multiple person shifts. She deserves a raise and a promotion! Will be returning.
