I had a terrible experience at this location today morning around 10:15 am. I ordered a 12” sub and requested extra onions on my veggies. The staff member was extremely rude and refused, claiming it costs more. I even offered to pay for the extra portion, but he barely added any and still charged me an unreasonable $3 extra. When I questioned the charge, he gave vague explanations about labor costs and other irrelevant reasons. Good attitude to clients.
"Love the vegan options. In my area. Convenient. Cheap." Was my previous review from a couple years ago but unfortunately I went back and changed it because this subway has gone horribly downhill. Terrible customer service. Doesn't make the food right served me extremely stale pretzel and churro food was not even edible had to throw it out.
