I’m honestly stunned by how poorly I’ve been treated at Subway lately. Twice now, I’ve placed incredibly simple orders, and both times the mistakes have been beyond frustrating — they’ve been downright disrespectful. I had a really bad experience today. I asked the staff to grill my sub, and she rudely said she couldn’t do it. When I asked again politely, she said “I can’t do that” and then asked, “Do you still want it or not?” in a rude tone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior — definitely not how customers should be treated
I had a great experience at subway. The food was really tasty and fresh. The girl was polite. She made me feel welcomed. Great great subway in halifax. Highly recommended.
The food quality and quantity is worst at this restaurant! When a customer pays for a sandwich, they expect a decent portion. This was the worst subway I ever had experience with! Never going to order from this restaurant again!!
