I want to take a moment to share my experience at Subway and highlight the incredible work done by Yash. He truly went above and beyond during my visit. The store was extremely busy because of a rush of students, yet Yash managed everything all by himself with a calm and professional attitude. I usually come to this Subway location, but my last two visits were very disappointing. On Thursday night, I waited far too long to be served, and when I finally got my order, the sandwich was messy and poorly prepared. Then on Friday night, the staff member seemed extremely lazy and uninterested in helping me. It felt like he didn’t even want to serve me, so I walked away without ordering.
