Had an amazing experience today.I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong and it was made perfectly. The staff paid attention to details like spreading the sauces evenly and adding just the right amount of toppings. The place was clean, tables wiped and music playing softly in the background. Really pleasant dining experience.
I wouldn’t be able to tell you what the food is like at this location. I stood there for 5 minutes while the person was helping another customer, just for him to tell me that they only have a 6 inch bread left. So I said that’s fine, that’s what I want. And he told me that it was already “reserved” by the person that came there after me, which was an employee from the nearby Tim Hortons. I highly suspect that he skipped me to give that to his friend. Terrible customer service! I don’t normally go to Subway for various reason... read more
