Worst experience! Manager in morning was rude. Bad customer service. Even I tried to complain to him but he thought I am asking for refund, he didn’t even understood what u am trying to say at all. I haven’t even asked for refund or anything, I just went down from my work to tell him that in morning you didn’t prepared well my food and he was rude and gave me an attitude. He said I can complain to anyone, so I don’t know who to complain but I didn’t like my food, wasted my money, and got disappointed.
Nice accessibility for the wheelchair. Nice warm stuff.
Dropped 5 star rating, unfortunately things have changed at this location for the worst, got rid of water on popmachine, place is dirty, veggies look strange like they were frozen and thawed, seriously next time in look at the tomatoes, place is very understaffed more concerned with mobile orders first then walk in customers standing right there waiting. Disappointed
I like to sit there and chill by myself. This place is really good for small 1-2 persons, families and large groups.
