The service from the girl who makes the sandwiches is incredibly bad. From the moment I started placing my order, her bad attitude was impressive. She was stingy with the ingredients and seemed annoyed every time I asked to add something to my sandwich, even though that’s the normal procedure. I understand she might have been stressed, but the place was literally empty, and judging by other reviews, this is not the first time it has happened. Terrible service — they should train their staff better.
Worst subway and staff
I occasionally go to this subway but not after tonight. My friends and I were hungry and decided to just pick something close by to eat, all my friends except one order first, I was third in line to order. The store was not busy at all when we walked in. My friends order their sub, which they received incredibly rude and disrespectful service. An Indian lady who was making my sub was so rude. I told her to change the gloves she made an ugly face to me...I recommend to everyone who are vegetarian and who has any allergies please don't come at this store. Even though she was rude with her staff that girl has specs and she was so nice but infront of her she looks like scared of that Indian girl. Today's date is 28th October 2025
I have been a regular customer at this Subway location and have always enjoyed my visits, but my experience on October 26, 2025, around 7:30 PM was extremely disappointing. My friend and I went to order a couple of subs. The staff member preparing our food handled the vegetables carelessly, stacking them rather than spreading them evenly.
