Wish I could give a zero rating but since I can’t they get one star. They throw trash all over, refuse to pick up anything and on recycle day tore up the bags, scattering bags in the street and just didn’t bother picking everything up. When I complained to the borough NOTHING was resolved. In short, they are lazy and do not do their job. Wish we could change haulers but I’m sure they have a contract with the borough and the residents are paying for it.

Absolutely terrible service. They missed a full third of my pick ups, and when they did show up, they left the bins in the middle of the street so no one could get by. When you call to complain, they outright lie about GPS tracking showing that the truck showed up. It got so bad that the owner called me, and assured me he would resolve the issue. I have used them for dumpsters for several years now. Management changed, prices increased, and service went down hill. Looking elsewhere. . .

Do not use this hauler. They say they have recycling when in fact in my borough, they throw our recylables in along with the regular trash. The borough has no idea how much money they are losing due to their fraud!!

Suburban Waste is taking my recyclables and throwing them in the truck with the regular trash. They are supposed to come back with a separate truck and collect the recyclables. They do leave some of the recylable containers of my neighbors alone, but most get emptied right into the trash truck. This is such a waste. I guess this cuts down their work only having to come back and pick up 1/2 the recylables in the town.

i order a dumpster the lady was very nice to talk to in getting my dumpster the driver mike brought it out as fast with in a hour he was very nice and did a beautiful job.delaware company keep up with the great work.also need house services for my trash pick up need you in prices corner A.S.A.P. thank you
