I just have to say that the team at Suburban Honda went above and beyond my expectations. This is the second car that my wife and I have purchased from Steve Nowell, the first was an Accord a couple years ago and last night we took delivery of our 2018 Odyssey. What a great car buying experience, from the first phone call until the drive off the lot with a new CRV last night. Hans the GM, Steve our salesperson and Marko who handled all the paperwork were pros. It has all the safety features, style and presence of a luxury brand for a great price. Well worth the drive! We had a great experience at Suburban Honda. Our salesman, Steve, took a lot of time with us and made sure we were comfortable purchasing our new Accord. When it comes time to trade in my old Civic, I know who I'll be contacting.
I truly didn't like my sales experience at this dealership! The business manager engages in a form of predatory sales where he gets you to unwittingly add items to your sales contract. I am of Japanese ancestry and while they sell an excellent Honda product, their sales practices do not reflect the Japanese way...
Dealing with Raj was a very comfortable and reassuring experience.
Stephen was very awesome with his customer service. I wasn't expecting to be able to drive the car home the same day we decided to pick it out but he made it happen. I am very happy with the overview he gave me of the features on the 2017 model versus my 2013. I wasn't pressured to upgrade or make a snap decision. Had a air bag replacement. It says it must be 50 characters so here's some useless verbiage I'm forced to write when I'd rather be reductive.
The worst service I have ever had from a dealership. They continually make excuses as to why they are unable to fix my vehicle and expect me to believe shakes, rattles and noises are normal events in a new vehicle. Never again!
